Four things to get right

The claims we are most often handed back in a draft. None of them is true, and each one would cost us a security review.

  • We are not certified

    XBANQ holds neither ISO 27001 nor SOC 2. No badge, no checkmark, no “compliant”. For DSGVO and the EU AI Act, compliance is a property of a deployment, not of software alone. The sanctioned wording is:

    Controls mapped to ISO 27001 Annex A and the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria — certification in progress.

  • There is no public build of Work OS

    No download, no beta link, no release date. XBANQ® Pulse and the two city systems are what you can use today; XBANQ® Work OS is not yet a thing anyone can install.

  • There is no lifetime licence for Work OS

    Core is free — the runtime, not a trial. Pro is €29 a month, Team €49 per seat, Enterprise is marked as coming and does not ship. Model access is yours to bring; XBANQ resells no tokens.

  • There is no VAT ID yet

    The Bundeszentralamt für Steuern has not assigned one. The Impressum says so in as many words. If you have been given a number, it is not ours.
