A city licence is a decision, not a negotiation: every price here is public, net, and invoiced in EUR. Dollar and pound amounts are indicative orientation — the contract is in euros.
Licence = system + operating know-how; accounts and servers run on the city.
City intelligence from €0.30 per resident per year — pure arithmetic, annual licence ÷ named population. Citizens pay nothing to use the public city instance.

Consumer plans billed from Germany are charged in EUR gross by the provider; server prices are EUR net (B2B, ex-VAT). The calculator never mixes the two silently.
Other providers exist (e.g. xAI Grok: SuperGrok $30, SuperGrok Plus $100, verified 2026-08-24) — omitted from the calculator because they carry no coding-plan usage story.
Prices change — every figure carries its verification date, and the binding price is always the provider's checkout.
Campus & Reallabor
Setup €15,000 — the student population is the scaling base.

Includes a research MoU; consent, withdrawal and audit trails are part of the package, not an add-on.
City Sponsor
A local company (or any sponsor) funds its city's licence: setup plus first licence year, at the city's list price — no markup.
Named on the city's glass box as sponsor, only with the city's consent. No data access whatsoever.

From 1 January 2026, sub-central public contracts at or above €216,000 net trigger full EU procurement. We check every price against the 4-year total, so the whole Standard tier stays below the threshold for national procurement — and where a configuration crosses it (a full module stack on the largest band), we say so and run the EU procedure. Splitting contracts to dodge a threshold is unlawful, and we refuse it.
Bank transfer (SEPA) against invoice, annually in advance, 14 days net. Founding Cities may elect semi-annual invoicing. No card payments for city contracts — and therefore no payment data to secure.
Prelaunch until 1 September 2026: prices are published and final; contracts close from launch day.
